About me

Hello, welcome to my home!

I'm a self-taught pastry chef and pâtisserie has long been a passion of mine.

I was initially inspired by my eldest sister. She would always bake and I would always cook, and I would ask her to teach me different baking recipes. 

In 2021, I discovered my love for french pâtisserie as well a combining traditional, culturual and nostalgic flavours using French techniques.

Throughout the years, I taught myself different skills by experimenting and by drawing inspiration from various surroundings in life.

As my mother always said; ''life is too short not to indulge in the things we love''. 

Food is best when it's shared, and it wouldn't be as joyous if you didn't get to share it with others. And so sharing my pâtisserie with other people and seeing them smile with every bite they take drives me to continue on fulfilling my passion.

I'm a firm believer that you eat with your eyes first and your stomach second, which is why I pay particular attention to assembling in a creative and elegant style giving my pâtisserie some edge; but that doesn't mean I don't love a rustic look!
