How to place an order
To place an order with me, please get in touch via my Instagram page or here and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please allow at least 5 days' notice for orders. However, I will do my best to fulfil any last minute orders depending on the type of it.
Please note that the overall minimum order is £50 excluding packaging and delivery.
Events, weddings & workshops
As these fall under a custom category, please send a request for a custom made quote which we can both agree on together.
Delivery and Collection
I am able to deliver in within the following areas for a flat fee of £15:
Leigh-on-Sea
Westcliff
Southend Central
Southend Victoria
You may also collect from Southend Victoria directly.
Payments
The following payment terms apply depending on the value of orders:
For orders over £100: 50% deposit is required upfront and remaining 50% 1 week before your order is fulfilled
For orders under £100: 100% is payable upfront
Methods of payment:
BACS
Debit card via a secure link
Please request an official invoice if this is required at the time of placing an order.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised, as most orders require element preps in advance, if you have placed an order and need to cancel it, the following terms apply:
1 week: 100% refund is given
5 days: 50% refund is given
Under 5 days: 100% chargeable
